I just tried to enter my number for your $300 survey, but the system won’t accept it. The number is 0006-4773-3889. It says it doesn’t recognise it, although it was a $ 350 purchase. This is the first time I’ve tried this, but I guarantee you I won’t try it again. You need to tell your Baggers to stop mixing cold items with non-refrigerated items. I often put non-refrigerated items in the pantry for the next day. However, the last two times, I found refrigerator stuff in there the next day, which really ticked me off. I even told the kid who was bagging this time about it, and I’ll be damned if he didn’t do it anyway. That’s almost reason enough to go back to Aldi’s. Tried to enter your survey regarding the last section of “name, phone number, and rewards entry number.” The website refused to accept my number, stating “enter a valid US number.” I tried several times, but it still wouldn’t accept my entry. Bummer.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF YOUR STORE SINCE YOU OPENED IN BLOOMINGTON, IL. ON 07/30/2025, WHEN i WENT TO YOUR STORE AS i WAS CHECKING OUT, THE CASHIER WAS IN SUCH A hurry that SHE HAD RUNG UP THE NEXT person’s TWO ITEMS BEFORE SHE TOOK MY CHECK. I HAD ENTERED MY REWARDS NUMBER, BUT AS I LOOKED AT MY RECEIPT, THEY WERE NOT RECORDED. I ALSO SPENT TIME CLIPPING COUPONS WHICH WERE NOT ON MY SALES SLIP. I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID THEY WOULD ENTER IT. I CAME BACK TO THE SERVICE DESK WHEN I REALIZED MY COUPONS WERE NOT ENTERED. I SHOWED HER THE COUPONS I CLIPPED AND SHE WASN’T HAPPY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY WERE WORTH.
